NEWS: OptaPro to cover 2017 Festival International Espoirs de Provence (Toulon Tournament)

OptaPro will attend the 45th annual Festival International Espoirs de Provence, which takes place from 29th May until 10th June.

For the fourth successive year, Opta will be collecting its most detailed level of performance data across all 22 tournament matches.

The OptaPro team will join partners Scout7 in the south of France, and will be present throughout the entire tournament to support both teams and scouts as they use data to help inform decision-making.

Held since 1967, the tournament has previously seen the likes of Zinedine Zidane, Juan Roman Riquelme and Cristiano Ronaldo take part before developing into some of the world’s finest players.

Comprising 12 competing nations, the Festival de Provence has come to be known as a finishing school for elite young players.

To find out more about accessing Opta data from the Festival International Espoirs de Provence, or if you would like to arrange a meeting in France, please contact: pro@optasports.com
